3.5 Employee Turnover Audit Report. As recommended by the Public Safety, Finance, and Strategic Support Committee on August 20, 2026, accept the audit report on employee turnover. CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-009, Staff Reports, Assessments, Annual Reports, and Informational Memos that involve no approvals of any City action. (City Auditor) [Public Safety, Finance, and Strategic Support Committee referral 8/20/2026 - Item (d)2] San José City Council September 22, 2026 Joe Rois, City Auditor, City Auditor’s Office; Gitanjali Mandrekar, Assistant City Auditor, City Auditor’s Office; and Michelle Mallari, Program Performance Auditor, City Auditor’s Office, offered the presentation and responded to questions from the Council. Public Comment: (Virtual) Brian, Jordan Moldow, and Call-In User_1 provided public testimony regarding the item.
