3.4 Status of Open Audit Recommendations. Accept the status of the Open Audit recommendations as of June 30, 2026. CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-009, Staff Reports, Assessments, Annual Reports, and Informational Memos that involve no approvals of any City action. (City Auditor) Joe Rois, City Auditor, City Auditor’s Office, and Michelle Mallari, Senior Program Performance Auditor, City Auditor’s Office, offered the presentation and responded to questions from the Council. Public Comment: (Virtual) Brian and Call-In User_1 provided public testimony regarding the item. Action: Upon motion by Vice Mayor Pam Foley, seconded by Councilmember Rosemary Kamei, and carried unanimously, the status of the Open Audit recommendations as of June 30, 2026, was accepted. (11-0-0)
