3.3 Housing Department Loan Portfolio Audit Report. As recommended by the Community and Economic Development Committee on June 15, 2026, accept the audit report on the Housing Department loan portfolio. CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-009, Staff Reports, Assessments, Annual Reports, and Informational Memos that involve no approvals of any City action. (City Auditor) [Community and Economic Development Committee referral 6/15/2026 - Item (d)1] Joe Rois, City Auditor, City Auditor’s Office; Alison Pauly, Supervising Auditor, City Auditor’s Office; Adrian Perez, Program Performance Auditor II, City Auditor’s Office; and Maria Valle, Program Performance Auditor II, City Auditor’s Office, offered the presentation and responded to questions from the Council. Erik Solivan, Director, Housing Department, responded to questions from the Council. Public Comment: (In-Person) America and (Virtual) Brian Darby offered public comment. Action: Upon motion by Councilmember Rosemary Kamei, seconded by Councilmember Domingo Candelas, and carried unanimously, the audit report on the Housing Department loan portfolio was accepted.
